Order Process
Generally, yes! Please email me before purchase at threesistersbyemma@gmail.com with the item you would like to order, the preferred date and shipping location. We will try our best to accommodate the request. Requests cannot be accommodated after the order has been placed. Important to note that some pieces will be available in the ready-to-ship section.
The lead time for orders is 3-4 weeks. It's possible that your order will be done sooner that the longest lead time. This is common practice for jewelry when it is being made-to-order. We aren't able to provide a specific date within this time frame.

Yes! There is a ready-to-ship 💌 section regularily updated with available pieces that are processed and shipped out within 1-4 business days. We often ship out on Fridays.
Shipping
Three Sisters by Emma ships within Canada and the USA.
Orders sent to USA may be subject to US duties and taxes.
All products, unless found in the ready-to-ship 💌 section, are made to order with a 3-4 week lead time. Shipping and handling is not included in the lead time.
After completed, all orders are sent through Canada Post via their Expedited Parcel Service or UPS. Generally, shipping within Canada takes 2-6 business days, depending on your location. Pieces ship from Vancouver, BC, for reference.

All orders will receive a tracking number through email that will provide an estimated arrival date.
Shipping within Canada and the USA is delivered for a flat fee of $10 CAD. Orders over $150 CAD will be shipped free of charge!
Our items are CUSMA compliant. We know ship all US orders through UPS and we do extra paperwork to ensure that customers aren't charged tariffs & duties. However, if the Customs office does not honour this agreement, we cannot be held responsible for tariff, duty, & import charges. There may also be import charges from brokerage. We have heard from some customers that there were no charges, and others that there were charges up to 25% of their order. Please keep this in mind when ordering.
We work hard to maintain shipping to the US as trade relations across Turtle Island is larger than borders, however are still subjected to increasingly random changing laws.
ready-to-ship 💌pieces will be added when available. The page will also be edited monthly. We have started sending out emails to subscribers when new pieces are uploaded. They'll be shipped in 1-4 business days, with shipping often happening on Fridays.
Please note: if a ready-to-ship item is order with a made to order pair, the earrings will ship together at the usual 3-4 week lead time.
If you experience any tracking or delivery issues, please follow the tracking number provided in your order's shipping email. From there please scroll down to read the additional information provided in the delivery progress section.
If an issue still remains with your delivery. Please contact Canada Post, UPS, or USPS customer service. We are not able to contact the post office on your behalf. They will be able to confirm what the issue is. If they are able to confirm that the item is lost, please email us with that confirmation. If these steps have not been taken, we cannot be held responsible for the lost item.
Returns and exchanges
No, due to the handmade nature of the products, all sales are final. Colours may vary based on screen, however most pieces are shot in studio lighting. If you are buying for someone else as a gift and unsure what style to purchase, you can always choose a gift card option.
