Winter Solstice 🤍

The north direction of the four directions is represented by the colour white. It represents the spirit, the winter season, and cycles of life and death. The solstice reminds us that even at the darkest times, light will always return.

Connection to the earth reminds us of our connection to spirit and one another, as well as the importance of periods of rest and reflection. While the earth sleeps under its snowy blanket, we can allow ourselves to nourish our spirit and rest until we find renewal in the spring.
