Order Process

Generally, yes! Please email me before purchase at threesistersbyemma@gmail.com with the item you would like to order, the preferred date and shipping location. I will try my best to accommodate the request. Requests cannot be accommodated after the order has been placed.

I will try my best to accommodate the request.

Yes! There is a Ready-to-Ship section with available pieces that are shipped out within 1-2 days.

Shipping

Three Sisters by Emma ships within Canada and the USA. Orders sent to USA may be subject to US duties and taxes.

All products, unless found in the Ready-to-Ship section, are made to order with up to 2-3 week turnaround time. After completed, all orders are sent through Canada Post via their Expedited Parcel Service. Generally, shipping within Canada takes 2-6 business days, depending on your location. Shipping to USA takes 3-6 business days, depending on time at customs. All orders will receive a tracking number through email that will provide an estimated arrival date.

Shipping within Canada and the USA is delivered for a flat fee of $10 CAD. Orders over $150 CAD will be shipped free of charge!

Ready-to-ship pieces will be added when available. Notifications will be sent out through our newsletter when ready-to-ship stock is available. It will be shipped in1-4 business days.

Please note: if a ready-to-ship item is order with a made to order pair, the earrings will ship together at the usual 2-3 week lead time.

If you experience any tracking or delivery issues, please follow the tracking number provided in your order's shipping email. From there please scroll down to read the additional information provided in the delivery progress section.

If an issue still remains with your delivery. Please contact Canada Post or USPS customer service. I am not able to contact the post office on your behalf. They will be able to confirm what the issue is. If they are able to confirm that the item is lost, please email me with that confirmation. If these steps have not been taken, I cannot be held responsible for the lost item. 

Returns and exchanges

No. All orders are made to the highest quality and are meant to be purchased with intention. If you are buying for someone else as a gift and unsure what style to purchase, you can always choose a gift card option.
